Here is a custom Ripple Bed with a canopy. For years we’ve wanted to add a canopy to this best selling design but haven’t had the solution and then when a customer requested one it came rather simply. Simply extend up the uprights with a piece of threaded rod on the end. Each canopy cross piece has a washer on the end which slips over the threaded rod. A finial attaches atop and tightens down the cross bars and make the whole bed more rigid. And it’s very shippable. Necessity is the mother of invention.
NOTE: The customer requested that the bed be built for use w/o a box spring. That is why it is high off the ground and the support runs down the center. Certainly not required to be built this way.
