Here are two interesting table bases with framed tops. A class of 4th graders is going to put a large collection of bottle tops inside and finish. Also good for tile or glass. 

Here is another application using the new curly style wine holders. Big enough to be functional and useful but small enough to place easily.  21 x 30. Shelf is about 10″ away from wall.
